Lords of the Fallen will hit PS4, Xbox One and PC on October 31, Square Enix has announced.
The fantastical action-RPG is the latest in a long line of titles to elect for what's swiftly becoming a very busy time of the year.
Countless publications have likened the game to Dark Souls, thanks to its flexible and dynamic combat that allows environmental takedowns, an aesthetic that blends the best of horror and fantasy as well as combat that's anything but easy.
First announced last year, Lords of the Fallen is the new project from ex-Witcher producer Tomasz Gop and has billed itself as "Borderlands meets Dark Souls".
